Valor Vested LLC is a Texas limited liability company that purchases residential real estate and works to resolve title, probate, heirship, and delinquent-tax issues affecting real property. We are a principal buyer. We are not a real estate brokerage, a law firm, a title company, or a lender, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. 3. Text messaging terms (SMS/MMS)
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Valor Vested LLC sends conversational text messages to property owners, heirs, and their representatives regarding property inquiries, free property evaluations, appointment scheduling, offers, documents, and closing coordination. This is a one-to-one conversational program, not a bulk marketing broadcast.
HOW YOU CONSENT
You consent to receive text messages from us in any of the following ways: by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form; by calling or texting our business number, (817) 686-1756; or by verbally agreeing during a phone call that we may text you at your number about your property. We record the date, time, phone number, and staff member associated with your consent. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or of any service we provide.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your inquiry or transaction. You will typically receive messages only in response to an active conversation with us.
COST
Message and data rates may apply. Valor Vested LLC does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
OPTING OUT
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt in again. You may also ask us to stop texting you during any phone call, or by emailing michael@valorvested.com.
